Click the button near author's name to block/unblock.
Filter list will be auto saved.
Other:
Click book icon to toggle select mode then select author/tag, Click again to turn it off.
Filter list will be saved when turnning off select mode.
Know issues:
Autosave may saved a outdate list if multiple already opened pages save the same list at different time(Temp list didn't update), reload current page if list has be changed.
IGN filtering may not work correctly.
