Description

This userscript enables quick deletion of the currently active chat in the Claude.ai sidebar using the CTRL + SHIFT + BACKSPACE keyboard shortcut.

When triggered:

  • It detects the currently active chat
  • Opens its context menu
  • Clicks the "Delete" option
  • (Optionally) confirms the deletion automatically

Features

  • Runs only on: https://claude.ai/chat*
  • Keyboard shortcut: CTRL + SHIFT + BACKSPACE
  • Toggle auto-confirmation by modifying the DELETE_AUTOCONFIRM flag in the script

Default: DELETE_AUTOCONFIRM = false
