Smoother Note Quota for MPP
A smoother-looking implementation of MPP's Note Quota. Uses very cursed patching methods because the NQ object is used as gQuota in script.js.
Instead of calling .tick() every two seconds it calculates remaining NQ points on the fly upon calling .points.
