Get torn territories slots not from API (Based on data relevant to date 03-Mar-2023)
This script should not be not be installed directly. It is a library for other scripts to include with the meta directive // @require https://update.greasyfork.org/scripts/412688/1156727/TornTerritoriesSlots.js
Based on torn territory ID will return the number of slots.
