Auto-hide YouTube video controls and progress bar while paused. Hover to reveal.

Script will now by default only hide the progress bar while the video is paused, and let YouTube's native auto-hide feature take over while the video is not paused. This behaviour can be reverted to override the native behaviour even while the video is playing by setting "onlyOnPause" to false (line 16 in the code).
