Game8.co Precision Responsive Fix

A Violentmonkey/Tampermonkey userscript that fixes the responsive layout on game8.co, making content properly fit your browser width instead of being fixed with unnecessary scrollbars and cut-off elements.

Features

  • Main content area responsiveness: Forces main content containers to expand to full browser width.
  • Table fixes: Makes all tables properly responsive with word wrapping.
  • Sidebar improvements: Removes height restrictions from the game menu sidebar so all content is visible without scrolling.
  • Map tooltip fixes: Prevents map tooltips from wrapping text incorrectly.
  • Footer optimisation: Limits excessive guide links in the footer for a cleaner appearance.
  • Sidebar removal: Removes the right sidebar completely for more focused reading.

Important Notes

  • Domain Specific: This script only works on game8.co (the English version) and will not work on the Japanese site game8.jp.

  • Cosmetic Issues: There are some minor cosmetic issues I'm aware of (mainly visual alignment quirks), but the site remains completely functional. I may address these if I have time in the future.

  • Home Page: No changes were made to the home page layout - this script only affects article/wiki pages.
