A dark green theme for GPokr

This also styles its affiliated sites KDice and XSketch. I haven't played those games,
but, the sites seem to be structured the same, so, I added them to the mix as well.

My scrollbars are styled by auto-hidden minimal scrollbars for Firefox by freecyber

My web browser of choice is Pale Moon

My userstyle manager is Stylem
