Download .vsix packages of current and old versions of any extension on Visual Studio Code Marketplace

On any extension page of the Marketplace website:

"Overview" tab > right sidebar > More Info > current version number (such as "1.0.0") becomes a link

"Version History" tab > after each version number there is a link "Download"
