it does as advertised for eBay search pages, removes only the sponsored items

Tested on Firefox, Chrome, and Opera using Tampermonkey, if it doesn't work let me know (:

*Must be logged in, the way eBay seems to be advertising to different regions, browsers, etc is different so let me know if you have any issues
