This script allows you to edit and view the custom recording names in the Elite Call Center OpenVBX IVR.

Usage

Note: This plugin is only available from the pages that create and edit call flows in the Elite IVR.

Opening/closing the Menu

  1. Wait for the page to load completely.
  2. Press Shift+n at the same time to open the menu. Note: Please allow a few moments for the menu to load.
  3. Press Shift+n again to close the menu.

Changing Recording Display Names

  1. Open the Menu
  2. Choose a recording from the drop-down menu.
  3. Listen to the recording to verify you have the correct one.
  4. Change the name in the input field.
  5. Click "Save Name" to save the name.
  6. When the drop-down menu updates, the name has been saved. Note: Please allow a moment for the name to be saved.

Displaying Custom Names in Applet Drop-Down Menus

  1. Open the Menu
  2. Press the "Load Names" Button
