An extensive configuration management helper class.

Numerous preset configuration fields are available for use. Local storage is used for retention.

Each configuration field has:

Title
Helper text
Min/Max/Unit values (Number fields)
Value formatting/translation/optimization/combinations/comments (Ruleset field)
Value update tracking
UI creation / update UI / update from UI callbacks
