Allows you to add links to series (Sonarr) or movies (Radarr) in two ways.

1) links can be added for individual series/movies to the table view of Sonarr/Radarr next to the title.



2) links can be added to the "Links" menu for all series or movies (not available from the Links on the table list with Radarr)
