RR Continue Reading Anywhere

When viewing any chapter on Royal Road, this will add a button to continue reading from your current place in the story.

When viewing any chapter on Royal Road, this will add a button to continue reading from your current place in the story to the chapter header. Uses AJAX to mimic the Continue Reading button on the main fiction page.

(the yellow rectangle was added to the screenshot in post-production for emphasis, it is not part of the actual script behaviour)

Developed in Tampermonkey v4.13.6136 using Firefox 97.0 (64-bit) on Windows and Firefox 68.6.0 on Android 9. Currently still working perfectly in Tampermonkey v4.19.0 using Firefox 118.0.1 (64-bit) on Linux and Fennec F-Droid 118.1.0 on Android 13.

This definitely won't work in the new Royal Road app for Android and iOS, only browsers which have a compatible userscript extension.

I sometimes make dark CSS themes and JS userscripts. Some of them aren't terrible.
