Moves compatibility and specifications tables to the top and makes them compact.

I found myself frequently visiting MDN just for quick fact check of implementation and specifications status. Since these are normally located on the bottom of the page, it became quite tedious to scroll / slam end to see them, so this this style pulls them up so they are visible above all other content.

If you'd like to have content more prominent, you can even move header after content.
