Added hotkeys to control speed beyond YouTube's default range.

Fixed speed/UI not updating when clicking the custom speed menu item.
Fixed YouTube refreshing menu items randomly and reversing our custom UI values.

Fixed more bugs than I can remember. (Literally. I do not remember what I fixed fully.)

Minor Refactor.
Fixed displayed speed text not updating when toggling custom speed.
Fix various issues that caused the overwritten speed display texts to revert after certain situations.

Major rewrite and refactor.
Hijacks YouTube's custom speed slider instead of using a GM menu.
Speed can now also be controlled on embedded videos.
Speed is now always saved instead of requiring an external menu.
This version is unoptimized as shit but whatever. At least it works fine. Optimizations will be made in a following update.

Made check for Shorts run before other checks.

Added ability to change playback speed through the html speed controller for a wider range of possible settings.
