PM and edit from within topic in gamefaqs

Adds quick PMs and quick edits to gamefaqs, similar to quickposting. Pretty early in development so there may be small bugs. It will not work with quickposting disabled or in closed topics, and short of storing local data and hoping you visit a post page before PMing, I'm unsure it's possible to do anything to fix this.
Won't work with noscript and I'm probably not going to do anything about this for a while.
If something doesn't work properly, add it here as an issue or contact me somehow since I want to make sure this will work.
