Replaces Arial with Helvetica on all webpages

New in version 1.1: This stylesheet now replaces all instances of Arial with Helvetica, rather than what it used to do, which was treat Arial like it wasn't installed and skip to the next font in the font stack.This is what I always wanted to do, but I didn't know how to implement it until now.Removed disclaimer about changing the default proportional font
