Are you annoyed when youtube music playback suddenly stops, only to find that it asks for your input to make sure you are still there?

Install this script and you'll never have to bother with the "Video Paused? Continue watching?" popup. The script will keep you active on youtube and do infinite playing.
--Works on mobile browsers such as Kiwi Browser or others which support script manager extensions (Tampermonkey).

Features:

  • *new* keeps you active and plays music forever instead of resuming when paused. This way system/browser controls can be used to pause
  • *new* now works on mobile browsers (including unlocking background play)
  • press X to enable/disable auto resume (removed in v2)
  • popup to show the current status (active or inactive) when X is pressed (removed in v2)
  • button next to the controls to toggle the playback checker complementary to the hotkey (removed in v2)


NOTE

  • By using this script (or any similar one) will make it impossible to use the browser/system controls. Meaning, it will be impossible to pause or stop audio when the tab/app is in the background. The only way to pause would be to switch to the tab and click there to pause.
  • this applies to versions prior to v3.0.0
