Auto-open tweets if scrolled to top of page
This is a UserScript that will "click/refresh" new tweets bar after 1 second
It will not do so unless you're scrolled all the way to the top (so as not to distract by pushing content down).

I was looking for this function for twitter and found the script "hidden" on a personal site.
I repost the script here in hope it will be more easy to find by other peoples that are looking for this function on twitter. :)
