Remove Chegg device-limitation prompt, no maximum two devices limitation on browser anymore.

NOTICE: THIS IS NOT FOR GIVING YOU FREE ACCESS TO CHEGG.
This only takes effect and removes the 2-devices limitation for membership users. If you do not have the membership then this does nothing.
