Replaces all PDF links on IEEE Xplore with the direct link to the file, bypassing the annoying frameset. If you do end up following a link to the frameset, it will redirect to the PDF. This one also works on the search results page, in the ebooks section, and in dynamically loaded content (such as the "citing documents" tab). This should work in both Firefox and Google Chrome (with Tampermonkey).
