Adds a html input element for writing free text notes next to each assignment. Notes are retained as assignments move between Open, Complete, Pinch Hits, and Defaulted. Notes are stored in window.localStorage (retained across browser sessions but NOT outside incognito) and can be exported through the console.

Please let me know if there are bugs.
