No Surf Constant Splash Reminder + Timer

Every time you navigate to websites such as Reddit, Youtube, TikTok, Facebook you will get a full-face splash saying "Are you sure you want to waste your time here?".

Modifications to u/bajspuss's "No Surf Constant Splash Reminder".
Now has a button choice to stay on the site, or do something better.
Button has a timer on it, defaulting to 5 seconds. Only after 5 seconds, can you proceed to the site.
This number can be changed, read the 'NOTICE ME' section in the script (circa. line 20).
The redirect website can also be changed, see the same section for further instructions.

Currently imposes on Reddit, Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook, and Twitter. More websites can be added in the same general form as the rest (circa. line 10.)
