Remove posts with hidden vote count

Show reason for removing posts on console
Prevent incorrect promoted post detection when posts are open

Fix: promoted posts actually have no author element and were not getting detected.

Mark checked posts so that we don't repeat work (performance/battery improvement).

Remove some unnecessary logging

More often spammed tags
Change element that is searched for tags (they changed the name of the class).

0.3 also allows blocking of spammed tags and titles.
Will also remove all posts with empty titles (usually low quality) and posts with hidden votes.
Feel free to edit the list of banned tags.
The forbidden tags are used both for titles and for actual tags.
