The Share to Telegram floating bubble is located in the down-left corner and its half transparent so it won't disturbed.

If you'll click on the logo itself, telegram web will be opened with the forward dialog. Just choose the desired chat!
After choosing a chat, the chat will open with the website shared information in the text area, ready to be sent!

When hover, the close button will appear - it will close the bubble until the next refresh.
