Replaces images from `["https://i.stack.imgur.com/", "https://i.imgur.com/"]` and replaced them with a proxy link (By default from http://web.archive.org/web/) - this should effectively get around blocked imaged from these domains when viewing StackOverflow.

This will also replace links to images to these sites, and collect them all into a single box at the top of comments or right above where they normally would have been in a content post.
