assigns randomly chosen (but deterministic) emoji to replies, to make it easier to remember comment IDs apart
Adds emoji to posts/replies to make it easier to keep track of what is mentioned where, because pictures are easier to remember than numbers.
The emoji are deterministically chosen with fnv1a hash of the post ID string, and are currently picked from the list of food emoji.
