New home for Twitch Plays Pokemon - Command Filtering & Spamming Tool, since userscripts.org is ded

Now with anti-r9k capabilities. Check "randomize spam" to have two of the vowels in your spam text randomly elongated.

Pro-tip, you can spam a lot faster without getting b& if your message is lower-case.
