Disable YouTube AV1

As AV1 is suppressed, YouTube videos are likely to become VP9.
The availability of all resolutions including 2k and 4k remains unchanged.
Hardware Decoding might be used for VP9 video depending on System OS & Browser Config.

Note:

Important Note: Without AV1, currently you can still watch videos in 2K, 4K or above quality.

However, VP9, which is worse than AV1, will be used. (Lower Quality & Lower Compression)

AV1 is not yet supported in hardware decoding.

VP9 is usually supported in hardware decoding in modern PC.
