Adds some enhancements to USACO problems.
The tab titles will set to USACO - <Problem Name> (<Month> <Year>).
Each code block will get a copy button, that, well, copies the contents of the block to your clipboard.
When you select a language to submit a solution, the language will be saved to localStorage and used as the default language when opening other problems.
