Download all original images on X media time-line
Download all original images on X(Twitter) media timeline
Open twitter media timeline tab(https://x.com/xxxx/media) and an ugly button will show up on the top.
Click on the button and it will scroll the page until no new loading, and then download all original version of the images.
Important
Disable the "Ask where to save each file before downloading" option on Chrome, or you will get a popup hell.
