Cut out obnoxious Medium UI
Cuts out most of the cruft for reading Medium articles. Removes all login/follow links, the bottom bar, the comments section, all share buttons, and the estimated reading time. I plan to update to remove highlights and the 'Please log in' modal when I next come across either of them.
Only tested on "normal" article pages, may interfere in unexpected ways with the Medium homepage or "featured" articles, which are formatted differently.
