Instructions:
UBlock is public in GreasyFork as a user-script. If you do not have TamperMonkey then UBlock won't be available. To get TamperMonkey click this link and read everything neccessary: https://www.tampermonkey.net/ Once you've gottten TamperMonkey as a extension, make sure it's enabled. After that, go to greasyfork.org, type in UBlock, and install it. TamperMonkey may take slow to install user-scripts so please be patient.
Once you've installed UBlock with TamperMonkey, go to any website, click on TamperMonkey and check enable UBlock. If you don't want any websites blocked just disable it with TamperMonkey.
