Purchase reports from faction pages.
Add actions to faction page.
(Sellers) Spy reports from faction pages.
(Sellers) Make loadout reports on attack.

Current actions:

Show character on Torn Spy.
Show character on Torn Spy bazaar.
(On faction page) Show reports on this faction in Torn Spy Bazaar.
