Display the hospital timer on the attack page

On desktop browser, the title of the page will also display the name and the countdown.

The preloading is not required anymore, Torn is now loading the attack page automatically
Timer information was missing on the screen because Torn changed it's ID.
Better display of the timer with more contrast and bigger font
