My Prompt — The Best Prompt Manager!

This is a userscript that enhances your interaction with various AI chat platforms. Its main function is to allow you to save, edit, manage, and reuse your favorite prompts directly within the interface of the sites you already use, eliminating the need to copy and paste from text files or notes. It works like a personal prompt library, streamlining your workflow and ensuring consistency in your interactions with AIs.

Main Features

The script adds a new button to the interface of supported AI platforms. From this button, you can access a menu with the following features:

Save Prompts: Create and save new prompts with a title for easy identification.

Access and Use: View your list of saved prompts and, with a single click, insert the full prompt text into the chat dialog box.

Dynamic Prompts: Create prompts with customizable information (e.g., [subject]). When you use the prompt, a window will appear for you to fill in only what's necessary, making your prompts more versatile and reusable.

Edit and Delete: Easily modify or remove prompts you no longer use.

Import and Export: Back up your entire prompt collection to a .json file or import an existing collection. This is perfect for sharing your prompts with others or for migrating them between different browsers.

Multi-language Support: The interface adapts to your browser's language, with support for English, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

How to Use

In the menu, click the Add Prompt button to open the window where you will define the title and the text of the command; in this step, as well as in the Edit window, you can enable the Dynamic Prompt and Auto-Send options. After configuring as desired, just click Save for the new prompt to appear immediately in your list.

Using a Dynamic Prompt

If you have enabled Dynamic Prompt mode for a prompt, the process to use it is a bit different and more powerful:

Text Fields: Any word between brackets, like [topic], becomes a box for you to type freely in.

Smart Variables: If a piece of information is repeated (e.g., client's name), you define it once ([Client = $name]) and the system automatically fills it in everywhere else in the text.

Multiple-Choice Menus: Use the + sign to create lists where you can check multiple options at the same time (Checkboxes).

Single-Choice Buttons:

Use the - sign for standalone options (clicking one deselects the others).

Use numbers (e.g., 1 [Option A]) to create groups where only one option per category can be chosen.

Magic Buttons (Hidden Values): Create buttons with short names to read in the menu (e.g., "Advanced Mode"), but which send long and complex instructions to the AI when selected.

Help and Context: Add (i) icons with floating tooltips to remember formats (like dates) or to preview the text surrounding the field so you don't get lost.

Code Protection: Special areas where brackets do not become fields (useful for when your prompt contains programming code).

Using a Prompt

To use any saved prompt, just open the menu and click on the desired title. If Dynamic Prompt is active, the fill-in window will appear first; otherwise, the text will be pasted directly. In both cases, the used prompt is automatically moved to the top of the list, making it easier to access the most recent ones.

Editing and Deleting

Next to each prompt in the list, you will find two buttons:

Edit: Opens the edit window so you can change the title, the text, or enable/disable the prompt's features.

Delete: Permanently removes the prompt from your list (a confirmation will be requested).

Importing and Exporting Prompts

At the bottom of the menu, there are the Import and Export options.

To Export, click the button and a file named Prompts.json will be downloaded, containing all your prompts.

To Import, click the button, select a previously exported .json file, and the prompts contained in it will be added to your current list.
