Add keyboard shortcuts to EyeApps HITs
This script adds shortcuts to MTurk EyeApp humor rating HITs. 1-9 for 1-9, and 0 for 10; also 'i' for inappropriate, 'g' for I don't get it, and 'd' or 'c' for does not display. Once you choose a number, it will jump to the next image to be rated. You can use tab or shift+tab to move down and up the page, respectively.
Note: If you select i or c you will be required to rate the image as well. I'm not sure if EyeApps requires this, but it is ambiguous in their instructions. If you select d/c, no rating is required, per their note.
