More layouts and customization options for V3

StarTube is the official successor to CustomTube, allowing you to use the 2011-2022 YouTube layouts. It is highly customizable, and can be used for many things, ranging from just enhancing the default V3 experience, to using an entirely different layout.
Settings are accessed the same way V3's settings are, the bottom right corner of the screen. Alternatively, click tampermonkey's (or other userscript manager) extension icon to access the settings. An option to reset the settings is also there, which should be clicked in the event that a config issue prevents you from accessing the settings.
