Auto open first post in Reddit front page using Reddit API URL: https://api.reddit.com/?goToFirstPost
This script is to automate opening the first posted link/self-text entry on Reddit front page by opening a Reddit API URL.
To use this script, create a bookmark with below URL:
https://api.reddit.com/?goToFirstPost
Then each time you want to read the first posted entry of the Reddit front page, use that bookmark. The web page for that bookmark will show gibberish code. This is the Reddit front page information. Simply ignore that. The script will parse that code and retrieve the first posted entry's URL then open it in the current tab.
