Sticks YouTube videos on the top.
This makes YouTube videos stick on the top left corner of the screen, so you can look at comments while you watch the video. It also adds a toggle button so you can make the video go away and come back.
Known issue: search bar does not go above stuck video when focused. Please propose solutions.
