Adds a button for collapsing comments. Also supports auto-collapsing the comments of certain users.
Adds the ability to collapse comments on Shamus Young's blog, Twentysided with a "hide" button. Click the collapsed comment again to uncollapse.
Also supports automatically hiding the comments of specified users. (To do so, edit the code and add their username to a list near the top of the file)
