Adds an inline display of actual effects to acquired effects in potion and item descriptions on KoL wiki pages.
This is for the wiki of the Kingdom of Loathing browser game. It adds a formatted, inline display of the actual effect description to any acquired potion and item effects on KoL Wiki pages, avoiding the need to click again to find that information out.
