Hide ads on Twitter web
As of
Runs a setInterval checking every half-second for spans with only the text "Promoted". Then, hides these elements' parent divs by adding a hidden-by-twitter-hide-ads class. Also adds some CSS to the <head> that applies display: none to this class.
