第1步.在网址(https://cqrl.21tb.com/nms-frontend/index.html#/org/course/list?entrance=zyzy)，选择一个【已购】，但当【前进度】不是100%的继续教育科目，点击【进入学习】

第2步.新弹出的科目学习网址(https://cqrl.21tb.com/nms-frontend/index.html#/org/courseDetail?roadMapId....)中，等待3秒后，将依次学习【未完成】的【必修课】、【选修课】，直至【计划完成度】达到100%

注意：如果【第2步】中，等待3秒后，没有自动打开学习视频，则刷新网址
