Blocks facebook sponsored posts who hide in an :after pseudo element. Also block sponsored posts where the class name is changed dynamically. Fb's code seems to be changing regularly and with different versions running at the same time. If your facebook locale is not English, change "Sponsored" in the code to whatever it is in your locale.
