多吉搜索直达按钮 + 多吉搜索页面美化 + 百度搜索结果页去顽固广告

在百度、360、搜狗、必应、谷歌等搜索结果页加入多吉搜索按钮，一键跳转到 dogedoge.com 检索相同关键词；支持去除百度结果页面的广告和右边栏；给多吉搜索结果页增加谷歌搜索按钮，并对页面提供简洁样式美化功能。为了精简代码以及提高性能，没有加任何定时器脚本，最大程度减少系统资源消耗。

在多吉搜索的结果页面输入框右边新增了一个谷歌搜索的按钮，还给多吉搜索的结果页面新增了简约样式美化功能（内容加宽+居中显示+动态投影），并支持随时开启和关闭。
