Makes the nav-bar static instead of fixed at the top of the page.
Bingeing Tapas.io comics means having to live with the chunky navigation bar continuing to take up screen space the entire time you scroll through the comics. Not anymore. Have that navbar be fixed in place at the top of the screen with this script.
