Sort inventory by quantity (toggle asc/desc), integrated into Torn inventory header UI bar cleanly.
For 'Torn' players...
Adds a small button at the top of inventory list.
Press it to sort inventory by quantity (instead of alphabetically).
Button acts as a toggle to sort in ascending or descending order.
