Atlassian Remove AI Stuff

This removes the annoying AI stuff in Atlassian's Jira product - It may work in others.

Broad Overview

This removes the annoying AI stuff in Atlassian's Jira product - It may work in others, I have not tested there, yet.

UPDATE V2.0

This includes a load of additional lines that I had in my local userContent.css. So, there may be redundancy in there, sorry if it's a bit all over the shop ... let me know if anything needs a fix.
