更新功能——
0.3版本：导出的文件默认命名为对话窗口名称+日期。
0.5版本：导出的文本内容中，自动区分奇偶顺序发言：奇数为 AI，偶数为用户，详情如下：
发言者类型 标记为
偶数编号（第 0、2、4…条） User
奇数编号（第 1、3、5…条） Grok 3（或其他你手动设定的模型名）。
